Recruitment & Development Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

ü  Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors

ü  Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market and other activities

ü  Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs

ü  Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors

ü  Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings

ü  Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets

ü  Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment

ü  Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets

Reporting Team

ü  Reporting Designation: Branch Manager ( BM)
