Mahindra Holiday & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) is a part of the Leisure and Hospitality sector of the Mahindra Group. Vacation ownership is its key offering and "Club Mahindra" is its flagship brand. MHRIL offers family holidays primarily through vacation ownership memberships for over a period of 25/10 years.
Job Description :
· Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment.
· Making powerful sales presentations resulting in high conversion ratio.
· Resolving member/ customer conflicts wherever applicable.
· Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
· Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
· Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the venue.
· Keeping abreast with the organization's products and services.
Skills:
· Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
· Should possess sound knowledge about the local market
· Have high closure orientation
· Be a team player who can work with minimum supervision and be able to interact well with different departments.
· Presentable and smart.
· Meticulous, responsible and ability to multi-task.
Pre-Requisites:
· Should be well-versed with the location of operation/work
· Should be having a 2 wheeler
· Possess strong communication skills in any of these 2 languages (English/Local Language)
· Should be well-groomed
Salary Range: Upto 5.50Lp.a. However, negotiable for the right candidate
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters/ any other relevant qualification
Previous Work Experience: 1 to 4 years’ experience required. B2B or B2C experience preferred.
Industry: Preferably FMCG, consumer durables industry, Service sectors like Telecom, personal financial products etc.
