Job Description :

• Sales & Customer Service:

The core responsibility is to promote and sell credit life insurance policies to clients who have loans. 

• Relationship Management:

This includes building and maintaining relationships with both clients and the partner banking institutions. 

• Product Knowledge:

Understanding the features and benefits of credit life insurance products and recommending suitable policies to meet client needs. 

• Sales Targets:

Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets for the credit life channel. 

• Compliance:

Staying informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements within the insurance sector. 

• Cross-Selling:

Often involves cross-selling credit life insurance to customers who have secured loans or credit facilities.
