Roles And Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

·        Recruit and manage IRDA-licensed advisors/agents

·        Build and lead a strong advisor team to drive insurance sales

·        Conduct regular training and mentoring for advisors

·        Achieve targets under pressure and deliver consistent performance

·        Ensure compliance and quality in business acquisition

Key Skills:

·        Strong knowledge of agency channel & IRDA regulations

·        Team building and leadership ability

·        Good communication and people management

·        Ability to work under target pressure
