Key Responsibilities:
Agent Retention
Ø Develop various sources of agent & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
Ø Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
Agent Development
Ø Ensure product knowledge by ways of training
Ø Field demonstration (FOD’s)
Ø Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
Ø Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
Ø Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
Meet Business Targets
Ø Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
Ø Improve agent productivity & persistency
Ø Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.
Customer Centricity
Ø Be a brand ambassador & a customer champion
Ø Follow Co. sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty
Ø Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need
