Compliance & Operations:
· Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory norms.
· Maintain documentation and reports as per organizational standards.
Customer Relationship:
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through agent servicing.
· Resolve customer grievances in a timely and effective manner.
