  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidates qualifications, and provide assessments and recommendations for potential hires.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
