Job Responsibility
Ø Developing APs – (Agency partners)
Ø Recruit, train, and develop Agency Partners to generate new and renewal business
Ø Conduct various activity to enhance existing Agent footfall to generate fresh referral for New Agency Partners and Agent hiring
Ø Contact APs who are falling short of Contract Maintenance criteria to re- activate them or arrange training
Ø Training and Supporting APs To Develop New Agents to Increase the Business
Meet Business Targets
Ø Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
Ø Improve Agency partner and Agent’s productivity & persistency
Ø Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.

Ø Min 3-10 years Exp in Any Sales
Ø Any UG/PG (or) 12+3years Dip
