Primary
Responsibilities:
Ø Recruiting by selling
career opportunity to prospective advisors
Ø Recruitment quality
advisors through field, natural market and other activities
Ø Ensure that advisors
undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs
Ø Monitoring and
tracking of business performance of advisors
Ø Inculcate product as
well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client
meetings
Ø Guiding advisors on
the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets
Ø Helping in need
analysis of prospective customer to high level of customer satisfaction leading
to customer delight
Ø Carrying out various
promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment
Ø Accountable for
revenue generation and achievement of business targets
