Job Summary
Direct customer service and sales to
existing axis max life insurance customers through relationship building.
Existing Customer database will be provided by
company.
Key Responsibilities
Service
through relationship management
Ø Establishing and strengthening relationship with the
allocated customer base.
Ø Ensure retention of his/her allocated” Book of
Relations” (existing customer database).
Ø Act as single point of contact for customers for any
customer walk-in/query/complaint.
Ø Identify financial goals of customers and providing
financial planning assistance.
Ø Competition Analysis for giving professional advice
to customer
Ø Fix self-appointments every day from the given
customer database as per the campaign
Sales
Ø Focus on cross-sell & up-sell opportunity in
allocated customers and walk-ins
Measures
of Success
Ø TAT
adherence for updating System - CSG
Ø Successful
completion of cross-sell/ up-sell Business Goals month on month
Ø Collection
of payment/premium from 91-180 day due policies
Ø Complaint
Resolution /Customer satisfaction
Ø Achievement
of Retention Targets
Ø >
45 unique customer meetings in a month
Ø More
than 90% attendance (of total working days)
Ø Successfully
score >=80% in the Functional Trainings imparted
Desired Qualifications and
Experience
Ø Graduate with 1 - 3 years’ experience in sales of Insurance/
Mutual Fund/ CASA/ Investments/ Loans/ Real Estate.
Ø Minimum 6 months’ exposure to Life Insurance
Ø Age Bracket: 25-32 years
Ø Must own a conveyance
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Ø Customer
centricity & relationship building
Ø Basic Computer Knowledge.
