Club Mahindra Holidays is an Indian travel company founded in 1996. It is a part of the Mahindra Group and provides holidays on a timeshare basis. Mahindra Holiday & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) is a part of the Leisure and Hospitality sector of the Mahindra Group. Vacation ownership is its key offering and "Club Mahindra" is its flagship brand. MHRIL offers family holidays primarily through vacation ownership memberships for over a period of 25/10 years.
Objective: We are looking at strengthening Alliance team at Branches.
Key role: Alliance Acquisition Strategy. Build associations with corporates, PSU’s, financial institutions, Retail, Consumer Durables, E-commerce players & more for Lead generation and Sales. Team management for Tie Up and Consented Lead generation.
Brief Role Description:
1. Create Strategy at cohort / Industry level for targeting B2B partnership ( BFSI, IT-ITES, Manufacturing , Logistics , Retail …)
2. Design framework for execution of alliance acquisition at Branch level
3. Creation of Funnel by doing Hunting and Farming of customers
4. Signing Branch / Regional alliances with corporates, PSU’s, retail, financial institutions, E-commerce players etc.
5. Design and evaluate BTL/ Field marketing/ promotions/ brand activation for lead generation.
6. Focus on alliances that contribute solicited / Consented leads of partner customer base such as Banks, Loyalty Programs, Premium base
7. Design special offers from Club Mahindra for alliance and partner customer base
8. Ensure smooth functioning and relationships with partners (Barters) by coordinating internally for their needs
9. Set benchmarks in process compliance for Lead to sale
10. Ensure closure of Agreement / Contracts with clients / partners
11. Maintain Dashboarding of Funnel and do funnel management for Individual and branch Targets
Experience Required:
1. Minimum Graduate; Post Graduate preferred
2. 10 -12 Years’ experience in Tie Ups / Alliance & Lead generation Models
3. Exposure to DRR targets is preferred
4. Managing Teams and creating result-oriented environment
5. Self-motivated for Individual and Team target achievement
